Hi All,

Firstly let me introduce myself...my name is Mark and I'm from good old England.

The reason I'm posting here is I volunteer at a local community radio station - Phoenix 98 FM - in Essex and we are currently running Top 20 shows on a Saturday evening from 10pm (UK Time). Basically each presenter gets to host a show about his/her favourite artist/band and I have chosen the legendary Beck!

Now I'm sure you all have an opinion on his best song, which changes month to month and you have probably discussed this many a time...however, the time for discussion is over!

In order to determine Beck's top 20 songs we need votes and who better than true Beck fans...aka you! Voting couldn't be easier, simply go to the link below which takes you to our website and the Beck voting page, then using the drop down's pick your ten favourite songs in order of popularity - 1 being your favourite of all time!

Caveat: Hopefully I haven't missed out any of his songs (if I have my apologies!), I have hunted high and low to make sure this is a compressive list of his work. However, I have discounted a lot of remix's - it will simply be original songs.

The show doesn't go out until Saturday 28 June at 10pm (UK Time), so plenty of time to get your votes in. You can listen live via the internet just by going to the Phoenix FM home page. You can also join the Phoenix FM forum to chat with me and other fans on the night (or day, depending where you are in the world). All details are on the website.

Dior Theme? Apparently, a lot of people are a fan of it.
And why are there so many remixes, anyway? Terremoto Tempo, Ghettochip Malfunction, Heaven Hammer... etc.
But yes, excellent selection otherwise. I even found "Feeling Like a Piece of Shit". Which I selected.

Oh yeah. That would definitely be a bigger problem.

that's worst case scenario (to me anyway) and i hope it's wrong. i mean sure it's decent but that's like such a boring predictable -ish list. it's a mix of more "well know tracks" and half of guero. but anyway that's my guess i hope it turns out more exciting than that.

Last FM has this list as his 20 most listened. I dont necessarilly agree with it.

anyway time zones are as follows



for the eastern us (blue) = 5:00pm
green = 4:00pm
yellow = 3:00pm
red = 2:00pm

and for the rest of the world just do the math. going to the right go forward and to the left go backwards (you go backwards and i go forwards and somewhere we'll meet. and all that jazz or something). or something like that. google it if you really want to know. the OP here said 10:00pm uk time (<so theres another timezone for ya).
